- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.

Job Summary: Krayons Interior Systems Pvt Ltd, is seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Architect to join our design studio. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate creative concepts into practical solutions. The Creative Architect will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing innovative designs for various interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualization and Design:
- Develop creative and creative design concepts for interior spaces, ensuring alignment with client requirements and project goals.
- Produce detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Project Management:




- Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, contractors, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Material and Finish Selection:
- Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with design concepts and meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging materials to enhance design innovation.
- Client Interaction:
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and expectations.
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, addressing feedback and incorporating changes as necessary.
- Code Compliance:
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with relevant authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permits.
