GHD Infra Developers is looking for a creative and technically sound Architect to join our design and projects team for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for architectural planning, design development, preparation of drawings, coordination with consultants and project teams, and ensuring that designs are practical and aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural concepts, plans, layouts and elevations for our real estate projects.

- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, sections, elevations and construction details.

- Develop and review floor plans, space planning and building layouts.

- Coordinate with structural, MEP, civil and other consultants.

- Ensure architectural designs comply with applicable building regulations, codes and project requirements.

- Coordinate with the site/project team to resolve design and execution-related issues.

- Review drawings and ensure accuracy before execution.

- Make design modifications based on project requirements and site conditions.

- Conduct site visits and coordinate with contractors and vendors whenever required.

- Assist in material selection and architectural detailing.

- Maintain proper documentation and updated drawings throughout the project.





- Work closely with the Interior Designer to ensure coordination between architectural and interior requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

- Relevant professional registration/license as applicable.

- Strong knowledge of architectural planning and residential design.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.

- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3D software or other architectural design tools will be an advantage.

Experience

- 4 – 6 years of relevant experience in architectural design.

- Experience in real estate projects preferred.

- Candidates with experience working with real estate developers or construction companies will be preferred.
