Responsibilities

- Project Management: Lead and manage architectural projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

- Design Development: Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to develop cutting-edge and functional architectural solutions that meet project requirements and exceed expectations.

- Technical Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in architectural drafting, detailing, and documentation using industry-standard software and tools. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

- Coordination: Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including interior designers, landscape architects, engineers, and contractors, to integrate architectural designs seamlessly within the overall project framework.

- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve design challenges and technical issues proactively,



leveraging your expertise and creativity to deliver optimal solutions.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in a renowned architectural firm or design consultancy.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and other relevant software applications.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively to diverse audiences.

- Detail-oriented approach with a keen eye for design aesthetics, spatial planning, and material selection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
