About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Architect with 4 to 8 years of experience and expertise in CAD and Revit to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid educational background and professional experience in architectural design and project execution. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and draft architectural designs and plans in accordance with international building codes. Knowledge of the California Building Code is a plus but not mandatory.
- Conduct research, programming, and detailed planning to meet client requirements and project specifications.
- Apply extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, construction detailing, building materials and systems, zoning regulations, and building codes.
- Provide architectural guidance, perform calculations and analyses,



and offer recommendations within specialized architectural segments.
- Manage project deliverables to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams of architects, designers, and specialists on projects of various scales.
- Support Project Architectural or Engineering Managers on larger or complex projects as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in architecture (BArch), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), or Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Construction Technology.
- Proven hands-on experience with CAD and Revit software (Revit expertise is mandatory).
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
