Key Responsibilities
Tracking and monitoring of customer satisfaction(NPS) scores of AMD, EV, AD with structured implementation of improvement plan
Monitoring of Improvement in dealer profitability across network ( AMD/Branch/AD)
Tracking and Improvement in service retention
Achieve a reduction in Carry Forward Ratios across ICE and EV vehicles
Regular PDCA monitoring of Non achievement at AO level
Reduce dispersion in dealer performance by ensuring a greater percentage of dealers achieve their planned targets in customer satisfaction and business growth
