What you will do?
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Maintain and update employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases.
Assist in conducting induction and training sessions for current joiners.
