Job Summary
Manage the Smart Entrepreneurs Manager (SEM) channel in tier-2 cities and neighboring districts by recruiting, training
and supporting insurance agents.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit and onboard insurance agents in assigned territories.
Train agents and support them in conducting insurance business.
Build robust relationships with agents and local partners.
Drive business generation through the agency network.
Achieve assigned sales and recruitment targets.
Conduct territory visits and monitor agent performance.

Insurance field-sales experience
Solid relationship-building and communication skills
Willingness to travel within assigned territory
