Position: Site Engineer

Experience: 1–4 years

We are looking for a Site Engineer to manage and supervise residential construction projects from foundation to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at site.
Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and standards.
Coordinate with contractors, labour teams and material suppliers.
Monitor quality of civil, masonry, plastering, tiling, waterproofing and finishing works.
Check quantities, materials and workmanship.
Maintain daily site reports, measurements and work progress.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers and clients when required.
Ensure project schedules and milestones are achieved.
Identify site issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
Maintain safety and proper housekeeping at the site.





Requirements
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Valuable knowledge of residential construction.
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
Good communication and site coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD preferred.
Strong responsibility, discipline and problem-solving attitude.
