Key Responsibilities
Manage social media for our exclusively managed properties — content, calendars, posting, and community engagement.
Create content, captions, stories, basic creatives, and marketing collateral.
Independently plan, launch, manage, and optimise
Meta and LinkedIn ad campaigns
.
Track campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics and implement testing/optimisation strategies.
Maintain property content, pricing, room details, and listings across our website and other platforms.
Execute campaigns across social media, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Support host acquisition initiatives, events, exhibitions, and partner activities.
Coordinate with photographers, designers, and other marketing vendors.
Bring new ideas for campaigns, content, creatives, and growth.

What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience
in digital marketing, performance marketing,



social media, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience independently managing
Meta Ads
from setup to optimisation.
Positive understanding of digital marketing metrics and campaign performance.
Robust content creation and communication skills.
Comfortable with Canva or similar design tools.
Creative, analytical, organised, and willing to take ownership.
Passion for travel and hospitality is a big plus.
