Application Security Engineer - Cybersecurity

· 3+ years in cybersecurity or IT operations, ideally in L1/L2 roles

· Good multi‑tool troubleshooting skills and operational understanding

· Solid hands‑on experience with most of the product’s tools or similar security/IT products

· Good understanding of cybersecurity concepts and operational practices

· Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities

· Ability to work effectively with Operations Manager, L3 Engineers and L1 teams

· Explicit and structured communication skills

· Comfortable working in international / offshore contexts

· Autonomous, organized and service‑oriented

· The Operations Engineer (L2) ensures the daily operational continuity, multi‑tool troubleshooting, and accurate incident handling for the Application Security product within GSO Service line.





· They manage operational tickets across several product tools, perform first advanced diagnostics, update operational documentation, and escalate complex issues to L3 when required.

· The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and collaborative, with strong experience in log pipeline management, DevSecOps, and cloud technologies.

· L2 ticket handling & multi-tool operational support

· Complex operational activities & investigations and Incident Management (Initial diagnostics & containment)

· Operational documentation & knowledge improvement and Recurring issues & automation opportunities identification

· Willing to work in shifts
