Role & responsibilities

- Define and establish application architecture standards, frameworks, and governance.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable application architectures.

- Translate business requirements into technical application solutions.

- Develop high-level and low-level design documents (including UML diagrams).

- Create and maintain technical SOPs for application deployment and operations.

- Define and track application performance metrics and KPIs.

- Assess current-state architecture and design target-state improvements.

- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture principles, security, and best practices.

- Develop POCs, case studies, and demos for new and emerging technologies.

- Define coding standards, design patterns, and development best practices.

- Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks.





- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring scalability and reliability

Preferred candidate profile

- 12+ years of experience in application architecture, design, or development

- Strong expertise in application design, design patterns, and system architecture

- Experience in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Proficiency in UML, system design, and documentation practices

- Solid understanding of application performance, scalability, and security

- Experience with modern frameworks, APIs, and integration

- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills
