About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Android Developer with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience building robust, native mobile applications. You will be responsible for designing and building the next generation of our Android application, ensuring smooth performance, offline-first capabilities, and real-time messaging integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and build advanced native Android applications using Kotlin.

· Implement Room Database for efficient local storage and offline data persistence.

· Integrate Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for reliable real-time push notifications.

· Connect Android applications to backend services using Retrofit and RESTful APIs.

· Maintain high-quality code structure using MVVM architecture and Android Jetpack components.

· Write clean, asynchronous code using Kotlin Coroutines and Flow.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX designers, backend engineers) to define, design, and ship new features.

· Bug fixing,



performance tuning, and optimizing application responsiveness.

Required Technical Skills

· Core Language: Kotlin (Proficient with extension functions, lambdas, and null-safety).

· Architecture: MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel), Clean Architecture basics.

· Local Data & Async: Room DB, SQLite, Kotlin Coroutines, StateFlow/SharedFlow.

· Networking & Notifications: FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging), Retrofit, OkHttp, JSON parsing.

· Android Jetpack: LiveData, ViewModel, Navigation Component, WorkManager.

· Version Control: Git, GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

· Experience with Jetpack Compose for contemporary declarative UI.

· Experience with Dependency Injection frameworks (Hilt / Koin).

· Understanding of unit testing libraries (JUnit, Mockk).

· Basic knowledge of publishing apps on the Google Play Store.

Candidate Profile

· Education: B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / B.Sc in Computer Science or IT.

· Strong understanding of Android app lifecycle and memory management.

· Proven track record with at least 1-2 live apps on the Google Play Store (or available via portfolio/GitHub).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
