JD for Alliance Manager

- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, customers, in existing markets.

- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on regulatory requirements and ensure that all business development activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.

- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal departments, including R&D;, manufacturing, legal, and regulatory affairs, to ensure successful execution of business development initiatives.

- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial assessments, including forecasting, budgeting, to evaluate the feasibility and profitability of potential business opportunities.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders to update them on business development progress and results.





- Drive alliance execution across R&D;, CMC, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics , Legal, and Commercial functions.

- Align internal teams and external partners on milestones, priorities, and deliverables.

- Proactively identify and mitigate operational, regulatory, and commercial risks.

- Strong experience and knowledge of regulations, commercial functioning in EU, Latam, MENA and APAC.

- Tender management.

- Planning and coordination of launch activities.

- 5-7 years of experience in Alliance Management, Business Development, Program Management, or Strategic Partnerships within biotech, biosimilars, or pharmaceuticals.

- Solid exposure to global partnerships, preferably in biosimilars or complex biologics.
