Social Media & Content Manager – Fashion | Jaipur

We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & Content Manager to join our small team in Jaipur. This is not an ideation-only role — we need someone who can conceptualise, script, shoot and edit content independently.

Responsibilities
Plan and execute Instagram content and Reels.
Conceptualise, script, shoot and edit short-form videos.
Shoot product, styling, BTS and day-to-day brand content.
Edit videos with solid understanding of pacing, hooks, music, transitions and storytelling.
Research fashion, social media and competitor trends and turn them into relevant content ideas.
Manage the Instagram content calendar and publishing.
Write captions and assist with overall brand communication.
Work closely with the founders and creative team to execute campaigns and launches.

What We're Looking For




2–4 years of hands-on social media/content experience, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
Solid shooting + video editing skills — not just content ideation.
Comfortable being hands-on with a phone/camera and shooting independently.
Proficient in CapCut, VN, InShot, Premiere Pro or similar editing tools.
Robust understanding of Instagram Reels, trends and what makes content engaging.
Positive scripting, storytelling and copywriting skills.
Strong visual sense and understanding of fashion, styling and branding.
Good research skills and awareness of competitors and emerging trends.
Self-starter who can take a brief and execute it end-to-end.
