Role: GenAI / ML Engineer – Business AI Team

About the Role

Join a specialized, business-facing AI team building production-grade GenAI applications. Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and developer relations to shape strategic AI priorities and ship first-of-its-kind AI products.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop GenAI solutions using cutting-edge Mosaic AI research to solve real business problems
- Own end-to-end production rollout of consumer-facing and internal GenAI applications
- Collaborate with product and engineering to influence roadmap and priorities

Requirements

- Hands-on experience building GenAI applications — RAG, multi-agent systems, Text2SQL, fine-tuning — using HuggingFace, LangChain, DSPy




- Proven expertise deploying production-grade GenAI apps, including evaluation and optimization
- Robust industry experience with core ML/DS stack — pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch
- Experience deploying production ML systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Graduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in English; willingness to work across time zones

Preferred

- Experience with Databricks Intelligence Platform and Apache Spark for large-scale data processing
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Understanding of Pharma Quality Standards and Practices
