About the Role

We are looking for a creative and efficient AI Video Creator / Editor who can use generative AI tools (Google Flow/Kling etc) to create high-quality short-form videos UGC videos for meta

You will be responsible for taking scripts and concepts and turning them into engaging, realistic and polished videos using AI video generation, image generation, editing and compositing tools.

Responsibilities

- Create short-form videos for Meta and other platforms.
- Generate AI images, characters, environments and video footage based on scripts and creative briefs.
- Use tools such as Google Veo / Flow, Kling, Runway, Midjourney, Nano Banana, ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
- Edit AI-generated footage into complete videos using Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar software (Output matters, not software)
- Add subtitles, sound effects, music, transitions and other post-production elements.
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple shots in the same video.
- Identify and fix common AI-generation issues such as distorted faces, hands, objects, text and continuity errors.
- Work from scripts and references while following brand and visual guidelines.




- Produce videos quickly while maintaining an acceptable level of quality.
- Iterate based on feedback and improve the output with each version.

Requirements
- Strong video editing skills and a good understanding of pacing, storytelling and composition.
- Hands-on experience with AI image/video generation tools.

What We’re Looking For We are not looking for someone who only knows how to use AI tools.

We want someone who understands video creation and can use AI as a production tool to turn an idea into a finished piece of content.

Someone who can take a script, figure out how to visualize it, generate the required shots, edit them together and deliver a polished final video will be a solid fit.
