Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced AI Test Architect with 10+ years of overall IT experience and robust expertise in Test Automation, Quality Engineering, Selenium, Playwright, Generative AI, LLMs, and enterprise test architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end AI-powered testing and quality engineering solutions aligned with enterprise business requirements.

- Architect intelligent test automation solutions using Selenium, Playwright, LLMs, AI Agents, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted testing frameworks.

- Evaluate and select testing frameworks, AI models, and automation technologies for enterprise quality engineering use cases.

- Integrate automation solutions with APIs, CI/CD pipelines, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms.

- Define test architecture standards covering security, scalability, performance, governance, and cost optimization.

- Lead PoCs and enterprise implementation of AI-driven testing solutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentor QA Automation, SDET,



and Quality Engineering teams.

- Collaborate with business, development, DevOps, cloud, security, and technology stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

- 10+ years of IT/software engineering experience.

- Strong Test Automation, Quality Engineering & Generative AI experience.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, AI Agents, and AI-assisted testing.

- Strong Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript experience.

- Experience with Azure / AWS / GCP and enterprise test automation platforms.

- Knowledge of OpenAI / Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, LangChain / LlamaIndex / Semantic Kernel.

- Strong Test Architecture, API Automation, CI/CD, Microservices & Cloud Architecture skills.

- Understanding of AI-assisted testing, LLMOps, AI Governance, Responsible AI & Security.

- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills
