URGENT HIRING IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY Candidates serving a notice period of 15+ days will not be considered.
Experience: 9+ Years (Dev-to-Architect transition preferred)
Joining: Immediate Joiners Only — no notice period candidates
Location: Remote, with preference for candidates based in Delhi NCR
About the Role
We are looking for an AI Tech Architect to own the technical architecture and client-facing delivery of GenAI and agentic AI solutions for global clients. This is an architect-level role suited to a senior engineer who has grown from hands-on Python development into designing systems end to end, leading engineering teams, and engaging directly with client stakeholders on solution design and delivery outcomes.
You will define the technical direction for AI platforms and intelligent agent systems, guide developers through implementation, and act as the primary technical voice in client conversations — translating business requirements into scalable, production-grade architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end architecture of GenAI and agentic AI systems, from solution design through production deployment.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients — leading architecture discussions, presenting solution designs, and translating business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Design multi-agent workflows, LLM pipelines, prompt orchestration, and tool-calling architectures for production use cases.
- Define the technology stack and architectural standards for Python-based AI systems, APIs, and microservices.
- Lead, mentor, and technically guide development teams; conduct architecture and code reviews, and set engineering best practices.
- Make build-vs-buy and framework decisions across the GenAI/agentic AI ecosystem, balancing scalability, cost, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure architectural rigor around reliability, security, scalability, and observability of AI systems in production.
- Partner with product and delivery leadership to scope new engagements and estimate technical effort for proposals.
- Stay ahead of emerging GenAI and agentic AI trends and bring them into client solutions and internal capability building.
Must-Have Technical Skills
- 9+ years of hands-on Python development experience, including demonstrable transition from developer to architect-level ownership.
- Strong command of Python frameworks and libraries — FastAPI, Flask, Pydantic, SQLAlchemy, and similar.
- Proven architecture-level experience with LLMs and GenAI systems (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, open-source models).
- Hands-on expertise with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar, at a design/architecture level.
- Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) — designing or integrating MCP servers/tools to connect agents with external systems.
- Experience architecting multi-agent workflows, tool-calling systems, and prompt orchestration pipelines for production.
- Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector, or similar).
- Deep understanding of REST APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
- Track record of designing systems that have been taken successfully from prototype to production scale.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to newer agentic frameworks and protocols — MCP-based tool ecosystems, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, or Semantic Kernel.
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation and observability tooling (LangSmith, Langfuse, Arize, or similar).
- Experience with fine-tuning, LoRA/PEFT, or model distillation for domain-specific use cases.
- Exposure to multimodal LLMs (vision, voice, or document-grounded models) in production applications.
- Experience architecting and deploying AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong grasp of MLOps / LLMOps — model monitoring, evaluation frameworks, and logging at scale.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD, and production deployment pipelines, with a point of view on engineering standards.
- Prior exposure to solution architecture or pre-sales technical scoping for enterprise clients.
Leadership & Client-Facing Experience
- Demonstrated experience directly owning client relationships on the technical side — not just supporting delivery.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams and be accountable for technical delivery outcomes, not just individual contribution.
- Experience mentoring developers and elevating team-wide engineering practices.
- Solid experience working with foreign or enterprise clients, including requirement gathering and solution proposals.
- Comfortable being the final technical authority in client conversations — architecture reviews, trade-off discussions, and escalations.
What We Look For
- Available to join immediately — this is an urgent requirement and candidates with a long notice period cannot be considered.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to explain architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High ownership and accountability; someone who thinks like a co-owner of client outcomes, not just a contributor.
- Self-driven and capable of operating independently in a remote, fast-paced setup.
- Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving mindset with attention to production-grade detail.
- Genuine passion for GenAI, agentic systems, and staying current with a fast-moving field.
