Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various ground operations roles at airports.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates suitability for positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Manage candidate databases and maintain records of the recruitment process.
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders in the aviation industry.
