Project Surveying & Estimating
Conduct initial field surveys and site inspections for proposed village internal roads and approach alignments.
Prepare detailed engineering estimates for CC Roads, drains, and culverts using standard data rates.
Obtain administrative and technical sanctions from higher authorities (such as the Chief Engineer or Executive Engineer) before commencing work.
Execution & Site Management
Supervise the step-by-step construction of CC roads, including subgrade preparation, watering, compaction, layout of formwork, and correct mixing, pouring, and curing of concrete.
Ensure alignment with scheme-specific guidelines, such as balancing wage-employment material components under MGNREGS CC Road guidelines.
Manage day-to-day workflow with registered contractors or departmental wage-seekers.
Measurement, Billing & Documentation
Accurately record all work dimensions, material quantities,



and stages of execution in the official Measurement Books (M-Books).
Prepare periodic running account (RA) bills and final project closure bills for payment processing.
Maintain accurate stock accounts of departmental stores or materials issued at the division level.
Quality Control & Compliance
Enforce rigorous quality checks on raw materials (cement grade, aggregate size, water quality, and sand) as well as the finished concrete strength.
Coordinate with the Vigilance & Quality Control (V&QC;) Sub-Divisions for structural inspections and audit clearances.
Adhere to structural guidelines to ensure longevity and prevent cracking or early wear-and-tear of the roads

Pay: ₹326,953.12 - ₹600,000.00 per year
