We are looking for an experienced Tableau Developer with 5–8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Visualization, Dashboard Development, and Reporting solutions. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in developing interactive dashboards, analytical reports, and translating business requirements into meaningful insights.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to deliver high-quality reporting and visualization solutions.

Role & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Create KPI dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports.
Develop Tableau data sources, extracts, calculated fields, filters, and parameters.
Work with large datasets and optimize dashboard performance.
Perform data analysis and transform business requirements into visualization solutions.
Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business teams to ensure data accuracy.




Maintain Tableau Server content and support report deployments.
Troubleshoot dashboard and reporting issues.
Ensure reporting quality, performance, and governance standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile
5–8 years of experience in Tableau Development and Business Intelligence.
Strong hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server.
Excellent SQL programming and database skills.
Experience building dashboards, visualizations, and analytical reports.
Robust understanding of Data Warehousing and Data Modeling concepts.
Experience working with large-scale reporting and analytics solutions.
Exposure to Tableau Prep, Power BI, or other BI tools is preferred.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to interact with business stakeholders and gather reporting requirements.
