Key Responsibilities
Execute social media strategies and day-to-day activities across platforms for multiple clients.
Assist in developing creative, insight-led content and campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives.
Create and manage content including copy, creatives, short videos, and platform-specific formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.).
Leverage AI tools and digital platforms for content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
Coordinate with design, content, and PR teams to ensure cohesive communication and timely delivery.
Manage social media calendars, publishing schedules, and platform updates.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and ensure timely engagement.
Support real-time communication and escalation during sensitive or crisis situations.
Track and analyze performance metrics; assist in preparing reports and insights.
Stay updated on trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to inform content and strategy.

Required Skills & Competencies




Robust understanding of major social media platforms and content formats.
Hands-on experience with content creation tools, basic video editing, and AI-assisted tools.
Good copywriting skills with attention to tone, brand voice, and platform relevance.
Basic understanding of PR, media sensitivity, and online reputation management.
Robust coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
