Experience
6–8 years of experience in full stack software engineering with a robust focus on AI/ML or GenAI systems
Hands-on experience building and shipping production-grade web applications end-to-end
Proven track record of working in rapid-paced, ambiguous environments — startups, consulting, or innovation teams preferred
Exposure to private equity, management consulting, or data-driven business environments is a plus
