Support and coordinates installation of in-house and remote hardware and software across the organization s network.
Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved timelines and facilitating approvals and development for global and local teams.
Ensures that standards and procedures are followed during design and implementation of IT systems and applications.




Coordinates with other IT teams and vendors to implement technologies and resolve Level 3 break-fix incidents and issues:
Resolution of network connectivity issues and outages
Installation and configuration of LAN/WAN network circuits and appliances
Data acquisition in support of company projects during mergers and acquisitions
Site review and documentation
Fix, imaging, installation and configurations of end-user hardware, software and OS- Server hardware, software, OS and protocols
Active directory access and permissions
Vendor technologies
Networking appliances
Mobile devices.
Business applications.
