Role:Senior Network Software Engineer - Multicast

Experience: 7 Years to 14 Years

Education: BE/Btech/ME/MTECH.

Job requirement:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Network Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge networking products. In this role, you will be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining our L2/L3 multicast features.

Responsibilities:
Develop and enhance L2/L3 multicast functionalities for our network devices.
Implement and optimize protocols such as IGMPv2/v3 and PIM.
Work with complex network topologies, demonstrating a strong understanding of Designated Router (DR) and Non-DR roles in multicast environments.
Write high-quality, productive, and maintainable code primarily in C/C++ and Python.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, design solutions, and troubleshoot issues.
Apply solid analytical and problem-solving skills to debug and resolve complex network problems.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in L2/L3 multicast development.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with IGMPv2/v3 and PIM protocols.
Solid understanding of multicast network topology concepts, including DR and Non-DR roles.
Proficiency in programming with C/C++ and Python.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.
