Accounts & Finance Executive

Job Summary

Candidate will be responsible for assisting and managing all activities pertaining to Accounts, Finance & Banking on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities and Duties

Daily input of all accounting entries in the system

Robust understanding of GST, TDS and Income Tax

Payroll & Petty Cash Management

Ensuring timely filing of returns

Manage Receivables & Payables

Assisting with Trade Finance - Bank Guarantees, Letter of Credit, Cash Credit Facilities, Buyer's Credit etc

Maintenance of monthly filings for EPF & ESIC as required

Liaison with senior team members and chartered accountants and resolve queries in a timely manner

Assist in handling all Banking matters - Preparation of Loan Documents,



Manage OD Facilities, Working Capital Facilities etc.

Assist in finalization of books of accounts and assist with annual audit

Maintain proper documentation

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Education: B.Com / M.Com / Inter-CA

Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing firm

Valuable working knowledge of GST, TDS & Income Tax

Fluent in English

Proficient in Tally Prime & MS Office

Ability to work with limited supervision

Hard working with robust work ethics and integrity
