We are looking for C++ Engineers with hands-on experience in IBM Rational Rhapsody to work on Model-Based Development, UML/SysML modelling, software development, and system/component design. Candidates will be considered for different levels based on their experience and technical expertise.

L1 – Junior Engineer | 2–3 Years Strong knowledge of C++ programming. Basic experience with IBM Rational Rhapsody. Knowledge of UML/SysML modelling. Experience in debugging, bug fixing, and unit testing. Ability to understand requirements and implement software components.

L2 – Senior Engineer | 4–7 Years Solid hands-on experience in C++. Valuable experience with IBM Rational Rhapsody and UML/SysML. Experience with Rhapsody auto-code generation. Strong understanding of memory management and multithreading. Experience in component design, architecture, debugging, and code reviews. Ability to mentor junior engineers.





L3 – Lead / Specialist | 8–12 Years Extensive experience in C++ and IBM Rational Rhapsody. Strong expertise in UML/SysML and system/domain modelling. Experience with Rhapsody API and OXF customization. Robust knowledge of software/system architecture. Experience with MBSE / Model-Based Development. Client/stakeholder interaction and technical leadership experience. Ability to guide and mentor engineering teams.
