WE ARE HIRING: Senior Quality Engineer
Location: Chakan, Pune (In office)
Experience: 4–5 Years
CTC: ₹4– ₹4.5 LPA | Openings: 6
Key Responsibilities
Customer Complaints: Lead customer complaint resolution, root-cause analysis (8D reporting), and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Audits & Validation: Manage internal audits, APQP/PPAP validation, and supplier quality audits.
Quality Metrics: Monitor line quality metrics (PPM, FTT) and drive shop-floor defect reduction initiatives.
Key Requirements
B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Proven hands-on expertise in automotive plant QMS standards.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
