Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Engineer with a background in the Soft Toys Industry to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes, optimizing workflows, reducing waste, and enhancing productivity and quality in the production of soft toys.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze production processes and identify areas for efficiency improvements.
Time and motion study to set standard times for operations.
Plan and implement layout improvements in stitching, stuffing, finishing, and packaging areas.
Ensure optimal manpower utilization across departments.
Work closely with the design and production teams to streamline new product launches.
Monitor production KPIs and suggest corrective actions.
Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
Assist in production planning and line balancing.




Train production staff on improved methods and processes.

Requirements:
Education: Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the Soft Toys Industry or similar manufacturing domain.
Strong knowledge of production workflows, lean manufacturing, and process improvement tools.
Proficient in data analysis, MS Excel, and production planning software/tools.
Valuable communication and team collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
