About HSM

HSM School of Beauty is a qualified beauty academy specializing in Makeup, Hair, Beauty & Professional Training. We are looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator who can build HSM’s digital presence and turn our classroom, students, trainers and real-world experiences into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
Shoot content inside the academy, including classes, student work, transformations, tutorials and behind-the-scenes.
Must know how to operate a professional camera.
Valuable understanding of camera settings, framing, composition, focus, exposure and lighting.
Create Reels, Instagram posts, Stories & short-form videos for HSM.




Plan and execute a weekly/monthly content calendar.
Shoot and edit videos using tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar.
Create trending and educational beauty content around Makeup, Hair & Beauty.
Capture before/after transformations, student testimonials and trainer content.
Cover HSM's events, workshops, internships and on-field projects.
Identify trending audio, formats and content ideas relevant to the beauty industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
