Job Description – Business Development Manager (DST)

Company: Maxemo Capital (NBFC)

Location: Noida (Office visit once a week)

Role Type: Individual Contributor (DST)

CTC - Upto 6.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities
Source and acquire current business through the Direct Sales Team (DST) channel.
Generate high-value business opportunities with a ticket size of ₹40 Lakhs and above.
Promote and sell the following financial products:

Unsecured Business Loans

Supply Chain Finance

Working Capital Finance

SID (Sales Invoice Discounting)

PID (Purchase Invoice Discounting)

Invoice Discounting
Build and maintain relationships with MSMEs, corporates, channel partners, and business owners.
Identify customer funding requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.




Coordinate with internal Credit, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
Achieve monthly sourcing and disbursement targets.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular MIS updates.

Key Requirements
4+ years of experience in DST sales within an NBFC, Bank, or Fintech.
Hands-on experience in sourcing large-ticket business loans (₹40 Lakhs+).
Solid understanding of Unsecured Business Loans, Working Capital, Supply Chain Finance, SID, PID, and Invoice Discounting.
