TEAM HEAD – MALAPPURAMJob Summary

Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced and results-driven Team Head to lead our sales team in the Malappuram region. The ideal candidate should have strong EdTech sales experience, proven team-handling skills, and the ability to consistently achieve admission and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Drive student admissions, revenue, and lead-conversion performance.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance.
Conduct team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.
Train team members on counselling, sales pitches, follow-ups, and objection handling.
Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales pipeline through CRM.
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement strategies.




Support team members in closing high-value admissions.
Coordinate with Marketing, Academic, Finance, and Operations teams.
Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
Maintain a high-performance and target-oriented team culture.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in EdTech/Sales.
Proven experience in team handling and sales leadership.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and people-management abilities.
Valuable knowledge of CRM and sales reporting.
Strong understanding of admission sales and conversion processes.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve aggressive targets.
