Key Responsibilities
Maintain and develop existing key accounts through effective after-sales support and customer support.
Handle customer follow-ups, service requirements, technical enquiries, and issue resolution.
Build strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned region.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and potential sales opportunities.
Attend internal meetings and provide updates on customer activities and business prospects.
Work closely with the Service & Administration teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
Travel within the assigned region for customer visits, service support, and business development.
