Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in gathering business requirements, process analysis, stakeholder management, and preparing functional documentation. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and work closely with technical and business teams to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, interviews, and workshops.
Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with developers, QA, product teams, and business stakeholders.
Convert business requirements into explicit and actionable user stories.
Support UAT, requirement validation, and issue resolution.
Perform gap analysis and impact analysis for proposed changes.
Track requirements and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare reports, presentations, and business process documentation.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.





Required Skills
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Robust requirement gathering and documentation skills.
Good knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, and MS Visio/Lucidchart.

Preferred Skills
Experience working with SQL and databases.
Knowledge of API/REST concepts.
Experience with UAT and functional testing.
Knowledge of Agile tools and project management practices.
Domain experience in [FinTech / Healthcare / IT / Telecom / E-commerce] is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹716,365.76 - ₹900,000.00 per year
