We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly Freshers/Experience to join our jewellery showroom as Sales Executives. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, explaining jewellery products, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products.
Explain product details, designs, making charges, offers, and other relevant information.
Demonstrate jewellery products professionally and handle them carefully.
Support customers in selecting gold, silver, diamond, and other jewellery items.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Assist the billing and cashier team when required.
Maintain proper display of jewellery and ensure the showroom is neat and organized.
Support stock checking and product tagging as required.
Follow showroom policies and security procedures.
Achieve assigned sales targets with guidance from senior team members.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with the showroom team for smooth service.
Skills & Requirements
Educational Qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of English and Tamil.
Willingness to learn about jewellery, gold, diamonds, and gemstones.
Good presentation and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.
