Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

It is based in Industrail Area, Chandigarh. We're on the lookout for a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist with experience in social media management and copywriting to join our team — someone who understands the digital space and knows exactly what works on Instagram and Facebook.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop creative content strategies tailored to Instagram and Facebook
Write engaging, on-brand copy for posts, reels, stories, and ad campaigns
Create and manage content calendars ensuring timely and consistent publishing
Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality creatives
Monitor platform trends and implement fresh, relevant ideas to boost engagement
Handle daily management of Instagram and Facebook accounts — posting, engaging with followers, responding to messages/comments
Track performance metrics and assist in preparing monthly reports and insights
Coordinate with internal teams to align content with campaign objectives





Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or a related field
2–4 years of hands-on experience in social media content creation and account management, specifically for Instagram and Facebook
Strong command over writing and storytelling for digital platforms
Ability to generate creative content ideas independently
Familiarity with Canva, basic video editing, and scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar
Highly organized, proactive, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
