We are a technology and AI product company building the operating system for life sciences. We are creating proprietary enterprise software and AI products from the ground up, with the goal of becoming the core technology platform on which life sciences companies run critical workflows.

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join early and help shape the engineering team, technology stack, architecture, development practices, and products from the ground up. We are looking for a strong software engineer who uses AI to move faster without compromising engineering quality. Preference is given to candidates who have strong hands on experience of working with AI Product based companies

Responsibilities

- Strong software engineering fundamentals with experience building production-quality systems.
- Robust development experience in Java or TypeScript, ideally both.
- Very comfortable working in Linux environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, databases, debugging, testing, and production deployment.
- Hands-on experience using Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent AI coding tools for end-to-end software development, not just code completion.
- Ability to critically review, debug,



and improve AI-generated code.
- Comfortable taking a feature from requirements through design, implementation, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications
