Role Description The AI Platform Engineering Lead / Technical Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for architecting and leading the design of scalable AI platforms, defining technical standards, and ensuring robust solution architecture aligned with business goals.

Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software development activities, guiding engineering teams on best practices, reviewing code and system designs, and integrating AI/ML components into existing and recent systems. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps, managing project timelines and risks,



and ensuring performance, security, and reliability of the platform. The professional in this position will mentor team members, drive continuous improvement in tools and processes, and stay current with emerging AI and cloud technologies relevant to platform engineering.

Qualifications

- Solid solution architecture skills, including experience designing scalable, secure, and resilient AI or data platforms.
- Hands-on software development experience with modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud-native technologies.
- Excellent analytical skills for problem-solving, performance optimization, and evaluating technical trade-offs.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present technical concepts, and align stakeholders.
- Proven project management capabilities, including planning, execution oversight, risk management, and delivery of complex technical initiatives.
- Experience with AI/ML ecosystems (e.g., model deployment, MLOps, data pipelines) and relevant cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Background in microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams and to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
