We're looking for an engineer to own and improve our platform.

What you'll do

Maintain and improve a live production platform with real users

Work with LLM APIs and our retrieval pipeline to improve AI output quality

Debug and resolve issues quickly

Ship features that improve user experience and conversion

Optimise performance and API costs

What we're looking for

2+ years building and maintaining production web applications

Production experience with LLM APIs — Open AI, anthropic or similar





Experience maintaining a RAG pipeline — embeddings, vector storage, retrieval quality

Comfortable working within an existing codebase

Careful and methodical - understands before changing

Able to work independently with direct founder access

Nice to have
