About the Role

We are looking for a senior engineering professional to lead the architecture and development of advanced AI-powered SaaS products, including Text-to-Video and multimodal content platforms .

This is a hands-on deep-tech + leadership role involving system architecture, AI integrations, backend development, team leadership, and direct interaction with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and develop AI-driven web platforms and scalable backend systems
- Build distributed processing pipelines, render queues, and asynchronous workflows
- Integrate Generative AI models, LLM APIs, and video/media processing systems
- Lead developers while remaining hands-on with coding and system design
- Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and execution plans
- Participate in technical discussions with global stakeholders and clients
- Ensure performance, reliability, scalability, and cost-effective cloud architecture

Must-Have Skills Python & Backend — Highest Priority

- Strong expertise in Python for backend and AI systems
- Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask




- Async processing frameworks such as Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka

AI & Data Systems

- Experience integrating Generative AI / LLM APIs / diffusion models
- Understanding of model inference pipelines and GPU workloads
- Prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration
- Exposure to Hugging Face, OpenAI, or custom model deployments

Media & Processing

- Practical experience with FFmpeg, video rendering, or media encoding
- Experience with large-file processing, scene stitching, and audio synchronization

Cloud & Scalability

- AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Docker and containerized deployments
- Distributed systems and microservices architecture
- Storage and CDN optimization, such as S3 / Cloudflare

Engineering Leadership

- Experience leading developers and managing delivery timelines
- Strong system architecture and product-level technical decision-making
- Excellent communication skills for international client interaction
