Key Responsibilities





- Design, develop, and implement advanced AI and Machine Learning models and algorithms to power our creative products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to integrate AI/ML solutions seamlessly into existing and new applications.
- Conduct rigorous research and experimentation to explore novel AI methodologies, improve model performance, and enhance product capabilities.
- Optimize AI/ML models for efficiency, scalability, and robust deployment in a production environment.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements, trends, and best practices in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science.
- Contribute actively to the entire product development lifecycle, from initial concept and ideation through to deployment and post-launch optimization.
- Ensure the integrity, quality, and ethical deployment of data and AI models across all projects.

Requirements

- Proven experience in developing, training, and deploying AI/ML models for real-world applications.
- Strong background in software development, data science, or a related technical discipline, demonstrating a clear evolution into AI/ML.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI/ML, such as Python, and experience with relevant machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow,



PyTorch).
- Solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and data structures.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen eye for detail.
