Job Summary:

We are looking for a hands-on AI Engineer with 4+ years of experience in software development, cloud engineering, or AI engineering and strong practical experience with the Microsoft AI and Azure ecosystem .

The candidate will work closely with AI Solution Architects to develop, integrate, test, and deploy secure, scalable, and production-ready AI/Generative AI solutions for enterprise customers.

Candidates should have hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Copilot Studio, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and Azure services .

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy AI & Generative AI applications using Microsoft Azure technologies.
- Work with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Services, and Microsoft Copilot Studio .
- Build and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines .
- Develop AI Agents, semantic search, vector search, and LLM-based applications .
- Implement document ingestion, chunking, embedding, indexing, and retrieval pipelines.
- Design and optimize prompts and LLM workflows .
- Implement Function Calling / Tool Use for AI agent workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform .
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, SDKs, and Azure services .
- Implement AI security, governance, guardrails, data privacy, and responsible AI practices.
- Set up AI model evaluation, logging, monitoring, tracing, and observability .
- Participate in coding, code reviews, testing, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with architects, developers,



business analysts, and customer teams to deliver projects successfully.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in software development, cloud engineering, data/AI engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in GenAI / LLM application development, preferably on Azure.
- Experience delivering at least one AI/GenAI solution to production using Microsoft technologies.
- Good understanding of cloud security, data privacy, responsible AI, and enterprise AI governance .
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field .
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications:

- Microsoft AI-102 – Azure AI Engineer Associate
- Microsoft AZ-204 – Azure Developer Associate
- Other relevant Microsoft Azure / AI certifications.
