Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Databricks AI Agent Engineer with expertise in Databricks Agent Bricks, Genie, Mosaic AI, and Generative AI solutions . The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI agents, conversational analytics solutions, and enterprise-grade GenAI applications on the Databricks platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Databricks Agent Bricks and Genie .
- Build conversational analytics solutions enabling natural language interaction with enterprise data.
- Develop and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing business workflows.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures using Databricks ecosystem services.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, and other foundation models.
- Build Natural Language to SQL (Text-to-SQL) solutions using Databricks Genie.




- Develop and manage Vector Search pipelines for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
- Create scalable data pipelines using Databricks, PySpark, and Delta Lake.
- Fine-tune prompts and optimize AI agent performance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate use cases into AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize deployed AI applications.
- Ensure security, governance, and compliance using Unity Catalog and Databricks best practices.
