Facilities Manager – Job Description

Position: Facilities Manager
Industry : Education ( International School)

Job Purpose

To ensure the school campus is protected, clean, well-maintained, and fully operational at all times for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the maintenance of school buildings, classrooms, playgrounds, and other facilities.
Ensure electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and other essential systems are functioning properly.
Supervise housekeeping, security, gardening, and maintenance staff.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance work with external vendors and contractors.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations.




Support the setup and facility requirements for school events and activities.
Maintain records of assets, maintenance schedules, and service contracts.
Monitor facility-related expenses and ensure cost-effective operations.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3+ years of experience in facilities, operations, or campus management.
Positive organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
