Job Title: Senior Telecaller / Telesales Lead
Primary Focus: Driving high-volume or complex outbound/inbound campaigns, managing escalations, and assisting team leads with daily operations or training. [1]
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Conversion: Execute targeted outbound calls to high-potential prospects, pitching complex products or services.
Team Support & Mentoring: Guide junior telecallers on pitching techniques, objection handling, and daily target alignment.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
