Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns for a growing hospitality company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving quality leads, bookings, conversions, and revenue through data-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and other platforms.
Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and market research.
Plan and execute remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
Coordinate with content and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Manage advertising budgets and optimize ad spend for maximum ROI.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
Work closely with Sales, CRM,



and Business Development teams to improve lead quality and conversions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in performance marketing/paid advertising.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
Strong understanding of audience targeting, bidding, budgeting, and campaign optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Relevant Google or Meta certifications will be an added advantage.
