Job Summary

We are looking for a Telugu Content Writer / News Editor to join our editorial team for our Telugu News App. The ideal candidate should have excellent Telugu reading and writing skills, a strong understanding of current affairs, and a passion for journalism and digital news content.

Key Responsibilities
Research and write accurate and engaging Telugu news content.
Monitor breaking news, current affairs, trending topics, and local developments.
Write compelling headlines, summaries, and news updates.
Rewrite, edit, proofread, and fact-check content before publishing.
Maintain high standards of Telugu grammar, spelling, and readability.
Cover various categories including local news, national news, politics, entertainment, sports, business, and trending topics.
Ensure news content is published accurately and within deadlines.
Coordinate with the editorial team for timely content delivery.
Follow editorial guidelines and maintain consistency in writing style.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Journalism,



Mass Communication, or a related field.
Excellent fluency in Telugu reading and writing is mandatory.
Strong command of Telugu grammar, vocabulary, and sentence formation.
Good knowledge of current affairs and news trends.
Telugu-medium schooling and/or college education is preferred.
Strong writing, editing, research, and proofreading skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced news workplace and meet deadlines.

Experience

Freshers to 2 years of experience can apply.

Candidates with experience in Telugu journalism, newspapers, digital media, news portals, or news apps will be preferred. Freshers with a relevant Journalism/Mass Communication degree and excellent Telugu language skills are also encouraged to apply.

Interview Process
