3+ years of Hands-on technical expertise and people management experience. Product based experience is a must
Must have relevant experience in designing, building, maintaining, and extending large-scale production systems.
Have deep expertise in React.js, Node JS, and MongoDB Vue, Angular experience is an advantage.
Proven leadership skills; courage to challenge with candor, motivate and inspire teams.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills, for both technical and non- technical audiences.
Deep understanding of CS fundamentals & technology Proven record of shipping features on time and on budget
Should be capable of handling one complete product end-to-end – with minimal oversight
Familiarity with git, working with git-flow is a bonus
Good understanding of ECMAScript and it’s nuances

Responsibilities
Establish best practices in coding and architecture.
Clean and thorough coding with detailed understanding of business logic, with developer level testing.
Client communication for assigned tasks, mostly via Skype/Slack chat (sometimes verbal communication over the phone may be required).
Estimate and track projects using agile methodologies.
Daily reporting to manager via in-house reporting tool.
