Job Summary

The Associate Agency Development Manager is responsible for supporting the recruitment, training, activation, and performance management of insurance agents/advisors. The role focuses on building a productive agency network, driving business targets, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities Agency Recruitment & Development
Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agents/advisors.
Support agents in completing licensing, training, and certification requirements.
Assist in building a strong and sustainable agency channel.

Training & Performance Support
Conduct product, sales, and process training for new and existing agents.
Provide regular field support, joint sales calls, and mentoring to agents.
Monitor agent performance and help improve productivity and activation.

Sales & Business Growth
Support achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
Drive premium growth through effective agency engagement and motivation.
Implement sales campaigns, contests, and promotional activities.

Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with agents and advisors.
Act as the primary point of contact for agents’ operational and sales-related queries.
Ensure high levels of agent satisfaction and retention.





Compliance & Reporting
Ensure all agent activities comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment, training, and sales performance.
Prepare and submit regular MIS and performance reports.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
1–4 years of experience in insurance sales, agency management, or distribution.
Knowledge of life insurance/general insurance products and processes.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
