Job Description:
Identify, engage, and close deals with corporate clients for bulk orders, employee gifting, onboarding kits, etc.
Build long-term B2B relationships to drive repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Onboard and manage relationships with multi-brand outlets (MBOs), retailers, and wholesalers.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and placement for products in offline channels.
Visit and pitch to hospitals, maternity clinics, pediatricians, and birthing centers.
Position The Mom Store's maternity and baby products for bulk institutional use (e.g., postnatal care kits).
Scout and respond to government tenders, e-marketplaces (GeM), and institutional procurement programs.
Coordinate documentation, proposal submissions, and compliance.




Drive lead generation through field visits, referrals, and networking.
Maintain detailed sales reports, CRM records, and forecasting dashboards.

Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate/institutional selling, or channel development
Robust understanding of corporate gifting, offline retail, wholesale, and institutional sales
Familiarity with government procurement processes is a robust plus
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English, Hindi and one regional language
Comfortable with regular travel for client meetings
Background in healthcare or hospital management with experience handling corporate marketing and hospital sales.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
